About Me

Motahareh lives in Isfahan, she has graphic design BFA degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and MFA animation degree from Art University of Tehran. She has directed a short animation "Red point" for her undergraduate project and a short film "Hush" for her MFA project. She is interested in surrealism art and Iranian women subjective and Iranian culture, she has also been active in the field of illustration, graphics design, and photography. She has hand-drawn all her characters and animations by herself. She has been teaching animation and graphic since 2015 and has taught for animation field students in university too, she has been invited to the Talent campus Fajr Film Festival, and has spent a course of cinema under the supervision of the best Iranian and foreign filmmakers; she has official selected and got awards for her films in more than 120 international and national film festivals.
